Reflections Holidays is looking for an in-house socialcontent creator based at Reflections Base Camp in Newcastle, who will travelacross our beautiful holiday parks and nature reserves throughout NSW tocapture and develop social-ready content that celebrates the outdoors.

Reporting to our Creative Director, you’ll be planning,developing and shooting fresh, engaging content that shows why Life’s BetterOutside. This is a full-time creative role with plenty of variety, genuineownership, amazing perks and some of NSW’s best locations as your backdrop.Travel is a prominent and awesome part of this role.

What you’ll be doing

- Workingclosely with the Creative Director and broader Team at Base Camp todevelop creative, social-savvy content ideas that support our marketinggoals
- Planning,capturing, editing and scheduling content across our social mediachannels—including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube—as well as ourinternal communications channels
- Independentlymanaging your production schedule, deadlines and travel
- Stayingacross and reporting on emerging social trends, formats and platformbehaviours
- Engagingwith guests and staff to uncover authentic and entertaining stories
- Workingstrategically to our specific target audiences
- Foreverhunting for new and creative ways to show that Life’s Better Outside

About you

You’re a lover of the outdoors, but you’re equally excitedabout exploring your feeds for the next great content angle. Reflections’friendly, witty and down-to-earth tone of voice connects with you, and you’remore than ready to bring that character to the work.

You love working out what stops people from scrolling, andyou’re motivated and excited to put your ideas into action. Most importantly,the idea of travelling and exploring as a key part of your job excites you.

While the role will often involve creating engaging contentwith nothing but an iPhone and a sharp idea, experience using industry toolssuch as Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and a Sony A7 III - or similarequipment - would be an advantage.
