Senior Sales Executive - Aesthetics Training - Melbourne, Australia - $65k-$75k base (c$110k OTE)

We're on the hunt for a results focused, proactive telephone-based Senior Sales Executive, with excellent communication skills, to join an award-winning, international aesthetic training academy in Melbourne.

n

The role requires mentoring a small team of Sales Executives, following up warm leads and converting enquiries from individuals and organisations into bookings, it does not require cold calling.

n

Our client is offering a base salary up to $75k and a very generous bonus scheme (OTE approximately $110k).

n

Hybrid working is offered.

n

Key responsibilities as the Senior Sales Executive will include:

n

n
- Managing inbound and outbound enquiries from potential training delegates in a timely manner
n
- Identifying customer's needs, clarifying information and providing solutions and/or alternatives
n
- Actively up-selling products when applicable
n
- Mentoring a small team of Sales Executives and leading by example
n
- Ensuring effective communication with delegates at all times
n
- Maintaining all relevant documentation and accurate records
n
- Working with Marketing and Senior Management to uphold the company's brand
n

What we're looking for:

n

n




- Previous experience in a high-volume telephone based sales / customer service role
n
- Experience working within the aesthetics, training/education or medical industries is required
n
- Demonstrable success in a warm sales workplace and a track record of achieving / over-achieving targets
n
- Team leader / supervisor experience is beneficial
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
n
- Confident, supportive and proactive nature
n
- IT literate with experience using databases / CRMs and MS Office
n
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
n
