Join the EnerMech Team at the AMPOL Refinery

n

EnerMech is seeking experienced Advanced Scaffolders and Scaffolding Leading Hands to support upcoming works on the AMPOL Refinery Project in Lytton, Queensland.

n

We are looking for safety-focused, reliable and highly skilled professionals who are ready to contribute to a major industrial project and become part of a high-performing team.

n

Please note: These roles are intended for candidates who reside within approximately 30km of Lytton, QLD, as no FIFO, DIDO, accommodation or travel assistance will be provided.

n

Positions Available

n

Advanced Scaffolders

n

Responsibilities include:

n

- Erecting, modifying and dismantling a variety of scaffold systems
n
- Working safely within a live industrial setting
n
- Adhering to site safety procedures and project requirements
n




- Supporting shutdown and maintenance activities
n

Scaffolding Leading Hands

n

Responsibilities include:

n
- Leading scaffold crews and coordinating daily work activities
n
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
n
- Mentoring and supporting scaffold team members
n
- Liaising with supervisors, planners and project stakeholders
n

Essential Requirements

n
- Advanced Scaffolding Licence
n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- Current Working at Heights certification
n
- Current Confined Space certification (highly regarded)
n
- Previous experience in heavy industrial, oil & gas, refinery, mining or petrochemical environments
n
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
- Australian working rights
n

Additional Requirements for Leading Hands

n
- Proven supervisory or leading hand experience
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage crews and meet project schedules
n
