Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Part or Full-Time Strata Manager or Assistant at Abode Strata. The role will be based in South Perth/Joondalup in WA, with some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of properties, communication with property owners and tenants, financial management, and assisting the Strata Manager.

- Experience in property management, strata management, or real estate

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

- Ability to work collaboratively with Strata Councils and stakeholders

- Attention to detail and strong financial management skills

- Relevant certification or diploma in property management or related field
