Senior Test Manager – HCM & Payroll Transformation

CloudMarc is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead testing across a large‐scale HCM and Payroll transformation program.

n

This role requires genuine, hands‐on experience delivering complex workforce transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.

n

The Opportunity

n

You will own and drive the end‐to‐end test strategy across a major HCM / Payroll implementation, ensuring quality across integrations, data migration, payroll parallel runs, and go‐live readiness.

n

This is a high‐impact leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Technology teams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own and deliver the overall test strategy, governance, and reporting framework
n
- Lead testing across SIT, System Testing, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and cutover
n
- Manage validation across HCM platforms, payroll engines, integrations, and downstream systems
n
- Oversee data migration testing and reconciliation
n
- Coordinate multi‐vendor and cross‐functional delivery teams
n
- Drive defect triage, risk management, and executive reporting
n
- Provide transparent go‐live readiness assessments
n

Mandatory Experience

n

n
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager
n
- Genuine experience delivering HCM and Payroll transformation programs
n




- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, awards, superannuation, and regulatory obligations
n
- Experience managing large testing teams and complex workstreams
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement across HR and business leadership
n
- Experience within enterprise or multi‐vendor environments
n
- Must be able to travel interstate as required for payroll verification and validation activities
n

- Experience with SAP Payroll or Oracle HCM / Oracle Payroll
n
- Experience leading payroll parallel runs within SAP or Oracle environments
n
- Large‐scale data migration and reconciliation experience
n
