What you'll be doing

- Advising and representing clients on a range of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, public liability matters and abuse law (if desired)
- Conducting client interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documents
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of personal injury legislation and case law
- Providing exceptional client service and support throughout the claims process




- Collaborating with other legal professionals and experts to build strong cases
- Continuously developing your legal knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

- 3+ years PAE in personal injury law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of personal injury legislation and case law
- Proven track record of successfully representing clients in personal injury claims
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
