WYNCO Recruitment has been exclusively engaged by a highly regarded Tier 2 builder to appoint a proven Construction Manager to lead its Queensland project delivery function.
With multiple live projects across Brisbane and a strong pipeline of future work, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of project performance, lead high-calibre delivery teams and play a major role in the continued growth of the Queensland business.
This is not a single-project role.
You will oversee a portfolio of projects and work closely with senior leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, commercially and to an exceptional standard.
The Role
- Lead and oversee multiple live projects across Queensland
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Site Managers and Contract Administrators
- Drive performance across programme, cost, quality and safety
- Maintain robust commercial and contractual oversight
- Review construction methodology, procurement, resourcing and project strategy
- Identify project risk early and drive practical solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients,
consultants and subcontractors
- Support pre-construction, mobilisation and future project delivery
- Help shape and grow the Queensland construction operation
Experience across commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use, hotels or other complex building projects will be highly regarded.
