Schmick Scratch and Dent Assist is a membership program for repairs of minor scratches and dents on our members vehicles. We areseeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, friendly customer service officers to join the customer service team in our modern offices in Mulgrave. You will be part of a supportive, fun, skilled team that supports you with your growth and development. About the role:

- Contacting customers to discuss outcomes for repairs requests
- To support our technicians by coordinating schedules
- Ensuring clear communication of changes to both customers and technicians and seniors
- Resolving customer escalations by providing solutions and alternatives within set time limits
- Managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls

What we are looking for:

1 candidate to join our customer service team.

You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.





You can work well as part of a team

Skills and experience:

- The desire to work with people engage in verbal and written interactions over email and phone
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Solid and proven problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience in a customer service role advantageous but not essential
- Fluency in English is a must
