We have an exciting permanent full-time position, where you will be at the forefront of our growing digital channels.
Working with Global Footwear Brands - Florsheim Shoes and Bogs Footwear, we have the opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator to join the team at Florsheim Australia.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Social Media management
Working with our digital agency and internal production team to plan and create content for our paid media strategy.
Responsible for growing our organic social media channels across both Florsheim and Bogs.
Managing and growing our influencer network.
Account management of Marketplace channels.
Building relationships and responsible for the optimisation of each marketplace channel – Myer, Iconic, Bunnings – to drive an increase in conversion, sales and traffic.
Liaising with internal departments on product content and promotional activities for each marketplace.
Working with the Head of Marketing & eCommerce to plan and execute the affiliate program strategy and to monitor and analyse the performance.
Develop relationships with current Affiliate networks to optimise our listing.
Reviewing affiliate websites weekly to ensure that the correct products, images, pricing and promotions are displayed.
Using available analytical data to review new affiliates for suitability.
To be successful in the role you must have:
A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience working in a marketing and/or eCommerce role – ideally in a retail environment.
A genuine love of social media and being creative.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in eCommerce or Marketing.
Exceptional attention to detail and a solution focused approach.
Ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
Experience using analytics software to make informed decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
