CyberCX is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Consulting to lead Cyber Strategy and Advisory Programs in NSW.

In this role, you will:

n

- Play a critical role in supporting Tier One Clients is Sydney with Strategy & Consulting Services
n
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with C and D level stakeholders across organisations.
n
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality engagement outcomes, team development, and strategic growth objectives for CyberCX's Strategy & Consulting practice.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

As the Senior Manager – Strategy & Consulting, you will:

n

n
- Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's broader public and private sectors.
n
- Evaluate customers' business needs and provide advice on strategic cyber security planning.
n
- Lead and manage engagement lifecycles, including scoping, planning, implementation, and project management.
n
- Manage engagement teams and develop key relationships, fostering significant client trust and follow-on work opportunities.
n
- Drive strategic initiatives and business capability improvement to position CyberCX for success in securing future contracts
n
- Act as a mentor, leader, and coach to team members,



fostering a collaborative learning environment and excellence in delivery.
n

About You

n

To excel in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Proven stakeholder engagement and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact and meaningful training outcomes.
n
- Previously delivered multiple enterprise-wide Cyber Security Strategy Engagements, Advisory and Data Privacy experience is also useful.
n
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to lead, deliver, and manage engagement financials.
n
- Experience in supporting strategic growth, client development, and the ability to understand engagements within a broader business context.
n
- Solid alignment with CyberCX's values, including professionalism, innovation, emotional intelligence, and collaboration.
