If you're keen to deliver end-to-end customer projects on time, on scope, and to a high standard, we'd like to hear from you. You'll take ownership of implementation and delivery while providing an excellent customer experience and producing explicit documentation and smooth handovers to support.

n

The work is varied and hands-on,



typically spanning Microsoft 365, networking, security, server/virtualisation, and migrations. You'll collaborate closely with the wider team to improve how we deliver, streamlining processes, sharing ideas, and helping lift our standards.

n

You'll also have opportunities to get involved in passion projects, R&D;, and internal initiatives that keep our culture energetic, creative, and future-focused.

n

What you will bring:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience delivering projects in an MSP or IT solutions environment
n
- Proven ability to run end-to-end implementations (planning, delivery, cutover, documentation, handover)
n
- Client-first approach - you care about outcomes and the overall customer experience
n
- Strong communication skills -you can translate technical concepts into clear, practical language
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities while maintaining quality
n
- Australian residency and a current driver's licence
n

Technical capability

n

n
- Core networking fundamentals (switching, VLANs, firewall/VPN concepts)
n
- Server/virtualisation and migration experience (Windows Server, AD, VMware/Hyper-V desirable)
n
- Solid troubleshooting and root-cause thinking when project issues arise
n
