About the Role
This is a fast-paced and highly varied administration role responsible for coordinating daily crew schedules, supporting operational workflow and ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers and stakeholders. Working closely with operational teams, sales representatives and management, you will play a critical role in ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, customer communication is maintained and internal systems are updated accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare daily crew schedules and job allocations
- Liaise with operational staff regarding scheduling and job updates
- Communicate with customers to arrange attendance times and site access
- Monitor job progress and update internal systems accurately
- Ensure crews are supplied with all required documentation and information
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and specialised work requirements
- Assist with customer enquiries and administrative support functions
- Maintain high standards of customer communication and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures and safety requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination or administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Experience within the restoration, trades, insurance or service industries will be highly regarded, though not essential.
