We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Sales Representative / Merchandiser to join our sales team and represent Biemond Nurseries across Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong eye for presentation and understands how effective merchandising can drive sales. You will play an important role in ensuring our products are professionally presented, well-stocked and positioned to maximise sales while reflecting our brand standards. Working closely with our sales team and retail partners, you will help identify opportunities, maintain strong in-store presentation and ensure our products are in the right place at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Visit retail stores across Victoria as required.
- Merchandise products to ensure displays are visually appealing, well-presented and commercially effective.
- Work closely with store teams and internal sales team members to support timely ordering and product availability.
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations with company objectives.
- Identify and promote seasonal products and promotional opportunities at the right time.
- Monitor stock levels,
identify gaps and assist with product rotations.
- Identify damaged or unsaleable stock and report issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Maintain transparent and accurate store visit and activity reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity and seasonal changes that may influence sales.
About you

- Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a team.

- Flexible and comfortable travelling between retail locations.
- Able to use sales and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
- A current driver's licence holder.
- At least 2 years' experience in merchandising, retail planning, sales or inventory management.
