Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.

- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
n
- Promote and upsell additional products and services.
n
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly with a service-first approach.
n
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
n
- Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
n
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales.
n
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
n
- Detail and clean vehicles to business quality standards.
n
- Refuel and transport vehicles when required.
n

Qualifications
n
n
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail; car rental experience is highly desirable.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
n
- Confident using computer systems and technology.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
n
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
n
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
n
- Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing).
