Our Brisbane office is seeking an experienced Migration Lawyer who is passionate about helping clients build new lives in Australia and who thrives in a collaborative, results‐driven organization.

The Role

This is a hands‐on role where you will manage a diverse range of migration law matters while working within a collaborative and supportive team. You will also have the prospect to contribute to team development and mentor junior staff over time.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide high‐quality immigration legal advice and assistance
n
- Manage and oversee files to ensure quality, compliance, and timeliness
n
- Draft legal submissions for applications, reviews, and appeals
n
- Appear before courts and tribunals, where required
n
- Maintain accurate file notes and supporting evidence
n
- Ensure timely, professional, and positive client communication
n
- Meet monthly budgetary and performance requirements
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

n

n
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
n
- 3–5 years' (or more) experience practicing Migration Law
n
- Admission as an Australian legal practitioner with a current Queensland Practicing Certificate
n
- Ability to build strong, trusted client relationships
n
- Excellent teamwork skills
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
n
- High attention to detail and quality of work
n
- Strong motivation and results‐driven mindset
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to speak a second language (desirable, not essential)
