About the Opportunity

n

An prospect has arisen for a Technical Services Superintendent to join our Golden Grove polymetallic operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Technical Services Manager and work on an 8:6 roster.

n

Your focus will be on leading the site's technical services function, ensuring activities are aligned with operational priorities to support the safe, efficient, and reliable underground mining operations.

n

Your Primary Responsibilities

n

n
- Leading the Technical Services team across mine planning, geotechnical, ventilation, survey, and scheduling functions.
n
- Developing and delivering short‐and‐medium‐term mine plans, designs, schedules, and production strategies.
n




- Maintaining and implementing critical technical management plans and systems in line with statutory requirements.
n
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, technical standards, and QAQC processes to improve operational performance.
n
- Monitoring technical and operational risks while providing reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder support.
n
- Mentoring and managing technical personnel to build a collaborative, high‐performance team culture.
n

About You

Other Key Skills, Experience, And Qualifications

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Geotechnical Engineering.
n
- Experience leading underground technical services teams.
n
- Strong understanding of underground mine planning, scheduling, and technical risk management.
n
- Experience developing and managing technical services systems and processes within mining.
n
- Proficiency in mine design and scheduling software.
n
- Current C Class manual driver's licence.
n
