About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will complete structural and non-structural repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work aligns with insurer requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair requirements
n
- Removing and refitting panels and components
n
- Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality
n
- Meeting efficiency and safety KPIs
n




- Working collaboratively within a team environment
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Panel Beater
n
- Experience in an insurance repair workplace (highly regarded)
n
- Reliable and consistent in your work
n
- Committed to quality workmanship (no shortcuts)
n
- Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop
n
- Motivated to grow your skills, including I-CAR aligned training pathways
n
