Senior Insights Analyst (SQL / GCP / Tableau)

n

We're looking for a Senior Insights Analyst (SQL / GCP / Tableau) to join a high-performing analytics team and play a key role in driving a customer‐first, data‐driven decision‐making culture. Day to day responsibilities for the Senior Insights Analyst (SQL / GCP / Tableau) includes:

n

- Partner with Marketing, Product, and cross‐functional teams to design data‐led customer propositions.
n
- Analyse customer, product, and campaign behaviour to uncover opportunities and guide commercial decisions.
n
- Deliver clear, actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations that influence strategy.
n
- Develop and enhance measurement frameworks across customer metrics, sales, ROI, and campaign performance.
n
- Support experimentation and test‐and‐learn programmes to drive performance improvements.
n
- Manage ad‐hoc analytical requests and prioritise a pipeline of work across diverse stakeholders.
n
- Contribute to the development of self‐service analytics tools and data products.
n




- Mentor junior analysts and play a key role in uplifting analytical capability across the business.
n
- Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement.

Required experience for the Senior Insights Analyst (SQL / GCP / Tableau) includes:

n

n
- 2‐4 + years in insights, customer analytics, or data analytics roles (more experience welcome).
n
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery/GCP experience a big plus).
n
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel; experience with Tableau/Power BI preferred.
n
- Experience with Python or R is a nice bonus.
n
- Background in retail, FMCG, or marketing analytics is highly regarded.
n
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Maths/Stats, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, etc.
n
