Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Operate and monitor industrial mixers to blend raw materials per formulation and schedule.
n
- Ensure consistency and quality of mixed materials throughout production.
n
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or hoists.
n
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment.
n
- Record batch data, monitor processes, and report any variations.
n
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment or quality-related issues.
n
- Follow all safety, operational, and quality procedures.
n
- General machine operation, setup, and manual handling tasks.
n
- Experience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).
n
- Ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
n
- Physically fit - capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably.
n
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
n
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
n
- Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
n
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
n
- Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.
n

Essential Requirements

Base pay range: A$43.39/hr - A$43.39/hr
