Casual Registered Nurse role at St Vincent's Care, Heathcote, NSW. The position is on-site and part of a skilled team dedicated to compassionate, holistic, person-centred care for residents of St Vincent's Care Service Heathcote (John Paul Village).

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide compassionate, resident-centred nursing care in an aged care setting.
n
- Lead by example and contribute to a collaborative, professional team workplace.
n
- Follow care plans and directives; ensure accurate and timely record keeping (experience with Autumn Care or similar systems desirable).
n
- Maintain high levels of customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
n
- Respect resident rights and responsibilities and uphold best practices in aged care.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential.
n
- Clinical nursing experience in an aged care facility preferred; minimum of 2 years' experience is essential.
n
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts; ability to adapt to a dynamic care environment.
n
- Strong leadership,



communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to follow care plans and provide quality documentation.
n
- Ability to perform record keeping and basic administrative tasks; experience with Autumn Care (or similar) is desirable.
n
- Understanding of aged care and resident rights and responsibilities.
n
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History or NDIS Worker Screening Check will be required.
n
