- Oversee quoting, job costing, and team performance

- Lead workshop and field crews with a focus on safety, quality, and service
n
- Improve systems, manage suppliers, and back the owner in business

- Be part of a wider leadership group across a trade‐focused business group

You Bring

- Robust ops leadership experience (trade/mechanical preferred)
n




- A solid understanding of workshop environments
n
- Confident communication, clear planning, and problem‐solving under pressure
n
- Experience with quoting, budgeting, and team leadership
n
- A safety‐first mindset and pride in delivering great work
