The successful candidate willworka Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‐night trade.

Responsibilities

- Lead day‐to‐day store operations with a strong floor presence.
n
- Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to create future leaders.
n
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service expectations.
n
- Drive sales results and ensure store profitability through cost and productivity management.
n
- Oversee rostering, budgets, and scheduling to meet business and payroll targets.
n
- Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and storeefficiencies.
n
- Recruit, train, and support team members with clear,honestand constructive feedback.
n




- Uphold and model Perfect Stranger'sbehaviouralexpectations, culture, and brand values.

Skills and Experience

- Strong retail background with hands‐on experience across stockroom and shop floor.
n
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
n
- Warm, enthusiastic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
n
- Ability to adaptina fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment.
n
- High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
n
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales results.
n
- Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels
