Ability Enterprises is seeking two experienced on Site Supervisors to work in Resource Recovery and Recycle Markets in the Toowoomba region.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily site operations, lead and support frontline employees, maintain high WHS standards and ensure excellent customer service.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising frontline operational teams.
- Coordinating daily site operations, workflow and staffing.
- Supporting employee training, development and performance.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring site compliance.
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving operational issues.
- Completing site inspections, records and operational reporting.
- Supporting the secure operation of plant and equipment.
About you
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience supervising a frontline or operational team.
- Strong communication,
leadership and people skills.
- A sound understanding of WHS.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A current Queensland Driver Licence.
- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
- A current Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in waste, recycling, resource recovery, manufacturing or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
