What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering phone calls and helping clients
- Responding to emails and customer enquiries
- Keeping calendars and job details up to date
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
- Helping make sure clients receive a smooth, professional service
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are
- Friendly, reliable and easy to communicate with
- Organised and good with details
- Comfortable using computers and learning recent systems
- Calm when handling a few tasks at once
- Happy to ask questions and learn as you go
- Previous reception, admin, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential.
