This is a senior role combining business development, technical security expertise, project management and field team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of work, accurately scoping and quoting projects, and ensuring jobs are delivered by technicians to the agreed scope, budget and timeframe.

Key responsibilities

- Build and manage a solid pipeline of new security opportunities
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, commercial clients and existing customers
- Conduct site inspections and develop technical solutions
- Prepare and manage quotations for projects up to $200,000
- Convert opportunities into profitable projects
- Manage projects from quotation through to completion
- Lead and manage Queensland technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with the approved scope and quotation
- Monitor project profitability, labour, materials and delivery timeframes
- Maintain high standards of technical quality and customer service





About you

- Extensive experience within the electronic security industry
- Strong technical knowledge across CCTV, alarms and access control
- Demonstrated experience designing and quoting security projects
- Experience managing projects up to $200,000
- Strong understanding of project costing and margins
- Proven ability to develop and convert sales opportunities
- Experience managing technicians, subcontractors or field service teams
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Current driver's licence and relevant security industry licences and qualifications
