Auto Masters Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead daily workshop operations and drive performance in a clean, efficient, fully resourced environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily workshop operations and support your team to achieve goals.
n
- Drive performance by hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients and suppliers.
n
- Leverage product knowledge to build trust and repeat business.
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
n
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance System and service standards.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Proven leadership experience in an automotive service centre.
n
- Results‐driven mindset with a solid track record in sales and customer service.
n
- Reliable, committed and confident in managing team performance.
n




- Valid Australian driver's licence.
n
- Automotive Trade qualification (desirable but not essential).
n
- Availability Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning.
n
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
n
