CSR WANTED IN THE PORT OF BRISBANE!! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Working in Warehousing & Logistics

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm | Port of Brisbane | $39.00 per hour!!

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service junior to join our client based in the Port of Brisbane. Monday-Friday, this role can lead to permanency for the right applicant! You are responsible for liaising with customers, clients and truck drivers to ensure orders are delivered with efficiency and in a timely manner.

The Job: (Don't worry, we'll show you everything!)

- Answering customer queries (internal and external)
- Accurately entering and updating data in the in-house system
- Assisting with weekly/monthly KPI reporting
- Coordinating orders with warehouse and transport teams
- Communicating with clients regarding order status and timeframes
- Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring orders are picked and delivered on time
- Supporting inventory management by passing on stock count requests




- Providing general admin support where needed

The Person:

- NO experience required
- Open minded and willingness to learn
- Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills

- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy – a true team player
