The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced recruitment systems professional to play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new recruitment module.

n

Working at the intersection of HR, technology and business operations, you will help shape how recruitment processes are delivered, ensuring the system supports effective, efficient and user-friendly outcomes.

The Role

n

Supporting the implementation and optimisation of a recent recruitment platform, you will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, providing recruitment subject matter expertise and ensuring the solution meets business needs.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for the recruitment module
n
- Applying strong recruitment process knowledge to identify requirements, test functionality and provide informed feedback
n




- Supporting the transition from existing recruitment systems to the new platform
n
- Working closely with project teams, HR stakeholders and technology teams to resolve issues and improve processes
n
- Coordinating stakeholder communications and supporting change activities
n
- Contributing to future people systems enhancements, including upcoming performance management functionality
n
- Ensuring the platform is practical, user-friendly and fit for purpose
n

The Ideal Person

n

You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective system outcomes.

n

You may have experience implementing HR technology solutions, leading testing activities or supporting major system upgrades.

n

A confident communicator, you will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and providing practical advice to ensure successful delivery.

n

You will bring curiosity, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to step into a project setting and make an immediate contribution.

n

This role would suit a professional with strong recruitment systems and implementation experience.

Salary / Rate

n

n
- $90/hr – $110/hr + Super
n
- 6 – 8 weeks labour hire contract
n
- Immediate start on offer
