Shellharbour Hospital is a modern public hospital located in Shellharbour, NSW, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region. Its Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre (PECC) within the Emergency Department delivers specialist assessment and short-term management for patients experiencing acute mental health crises, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and compassionate care. This locum prospect offers Consultant Psychiatrists the chance to work in a well-supported emergency mental health setting while enjoying the beautiful coastal lifestyle and relaxed community atmosphere of the Illawarra region.
