Job Description

The Payroll Agency has partnered with a retail organisation in the recruitment of a new Team Lead to join the team on a permanent basis!

n

Due to some additional workload such as a large system implementation project, the Payroll Manager is needing a strong Team Lead to come in and take some of the workload off.

n

This business is relatively large and their payroll is fast-paced but they have the best culture and team.

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Day to day management of a medium sized team
n
- Checking all payroll to ensure correctness
n
- Calculating the tax, super, and other statutory deductions
n
- Stepping in to process payroll end to end when necessary
n
- Supporting the Manager with any project work
n

n

In order to be considered please ensure:

n

n
- You have led medium sized teams previously
n




- Can go into Sydney CBD offices at least 3 times a week
n
- Have processed end to end payroll previously
n

n
