Work Type: Full-time (4-Month Initial Contract with Permanent Opportunity)
- Daily Rate range: $600 to $800 per day excluding superannuation
About the Role This hybrid role combines structured project execution with high-impact change leadership to ensure key business objectives are delivered on time and fully embedded into daily operations.
Starting as an initial 4-month contract, this role offers a direct pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate, providing immediate impact alongside long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Strategy & Adoption: Design and execute holistic change strategies, foster leadership alignment, lead behavioral change initiatives, and oversee training interventions to ensure smooth adoption and long‑term sustainability.
- Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end‑to‑end project planning, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating across cross‑functional teams, external partners, and subject matter experts.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish governance frameworks, track benefits realization, and provide progress updates to executive sponsors and steering committees.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong,
trust‑based relationships across senior leadership and diverse internal business units to drive alignment.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Change Management, HR, Psychology, or a related field. Prosci or Project Management (PMP/Agile) certifications are highly regarded.
- Transformation Experience: Proven track record leading complex, organization‑wide transformation and cultural change initiatives (ideally in waterfall environments).
- Change Expertise: Deep knowledge of change methodologies, behavioral frameworks, and adoption tracking metrics.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Resilience: Thrives in rapid‑paced, evolving environments with an analytical and outcome‑focused mindset.
