Rustica Highpoint is seeking an experienced Barista to join our busy café team. This role suits a confident barista who is passionate about coffee and can consistently deliver high-quality drinks and service.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of Barista experience
- Expert in latte art and precision pouring techniques
- Team-focused with good communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Weekend availability essential
Duties Include:
- Preparing specialty coffee to a high standard, including latte art
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service during shifts
- Assisting with stock control and daily tasks
