Operations Executive (Settlements, Corporate Action, Global Fintech Brand)

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the daily operations of the company, focusing on settlement/remittance operations for FX and equities to ensure the timely and accurate execution of client instructions.

Responsibilities:

n

- Assist in daily operations such as settlements and execution, collaborating with internal teams (Onboarding, Risk, Customer Service, Marketing)
n
- Perform daily client/exchange/broker trade and position reconciliation, and prepare daily funding requirements
n




- Support clients from various regions to keep their trades & accounts accurate and up-to-date
n
- Review and suggest improvements to operations and procedures
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Experience in operations, settlements, or corporate actions within financial services
n
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
n
- Knowledge of ASIC and AUSTRAC regulations
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Proven ability to develop successful partnerships and business strategies
n
