Construction Labourers - Northern Beaches | Immediate Starts

HLH Group is hiring construction labourers for ongoing work across the Northern Beaches — from Manly to Palm Beach. We have next‑day starts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for both experienced labourers and those new to the industry.

If you’re physically fit, reliable, and keen to work 1 to 6 days per week, we want to hear from you. Overtime and weekend shifts are available for suitable candidates.

Uni students and part‑time applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. We can work around your timetable, and the role provides excellent site exposure for those studying construction management, engineering, trades or vocational courses.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Working with a fun, supportive team while learning new skills
- Assisting some of Sydney’s most established builders
- Exposure to multiple trades — pathways to apprenticeships in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and more
- General labouring: moving materials, site clean‑ups, helping trades
- Using power tools such as jackhammers, grinders, drills




- Working on high‑end residential and commercial projects
- Opportunities for ticketed work (e.g., EWP, confined space, traffic control)
- Variety of work including construction, manufacturing and landscaping

What You Need

- White Card
- PPE: safety boots, hard hat, hi‑vis shirt
- A solid work ethic and commitment to the job
- A car is desirable but not essential
