Due to increasing demand, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join their high-performing team on the Gold Coast.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a dual Estimator/Supervisor role where you'll be responsible for assessing property damage, estimating repair costs, and supervising trades to ensure timely, high-quality restorations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

- Conducting building insurance assessments and preparing detailed reports
n
- Supervising building reinstatement works
n
- Engaging, coordinating, and managing trades throughout the restoration process
n
- Monitoring job progress and resolving issues as they arise
n
- Liaising with insurance companies and insured parties
n
- Organising property access with insured clients
n
- Managing disputes and delivering timely resolutions
n
- Ensuring all works comply with OH&S; requirements and contractual obligations
n
- Coordinating inspections and sign-offs from building surveyors
n
n
The Candidate
n
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:
n
n
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervising role
n
- Previous experience in insurance building (highly desirable but not essential)
n
- Trade qualifications in building (carpentry preferred) or a related field
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Solid computer literacy
n
n
