Role: UX Designer (Design Systems & Figma)

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Sydney, Australia

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with strong experience in Design Systems and Figma to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking, system-driven design, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile products
n
- Create, maintain, and scale Design Systems (components, patterns, guidelines, tokens)
n
- Work extensively in Figma (auto layout, variants, components, libraries)
n
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into effective UX solutions
n
- Conduct UX research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing
n
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers,



and stakeholders
n
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across products
n
- Document design decisions and system guidelines clearly
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Proven experience as a UX Designer
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Design Systems
n
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
n
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
n
- Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces
n
- Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and feedback
n
- Solid portfolio is mandatory (must include design system work and UX case studies)
n
