Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio. What You Will Bring
n
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline
n
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar commercial role
n
- Experience in Perth commercial construction projects valued from $500k to $50m
n
- Strong capability in forecasting, cost management, and commercial reporting
n
- Experience with contract and account management software, with Procore essential
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
n
- The capability and ambition to grow into a Project Manager role over time
n
- Experience working with a principal contractor
n
- Proven ability to work effectively with staff, trades, clients, and subcontractors
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide regular project updates to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager(s)
n
- Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through close-out
n
- Administer Procore, including document control, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals
n
- Manage head contract and subcontractor correspondence
n
- Attend and administer site and PCG meetings
n
- Liaise closely with Project Manager(s) and Site Manager(s)
n
- Prepare, negotiate, and let subcontract packages, including procurement scheduling
n
- Manage variations and contract notices across head contracts and subcontracts
n
- Review and assess progress claims, invoicing, and contractual submissions
n
- Administer project close-out, including deeds of release and final accounts
n
- Coordinate handover documentation and head contract close-out requirements
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
n
