This privately owned development company, based on the north side of Brisbane, has a robust pipeline of land projects and over 2000 lots to be developed, with over 8 active developments predominantly across North Brisbane. We are looking for a Development Manager who would like to contract through their own ABN for a full-time (in the office) role.

Job Details

This role is to operate in a contract capacity, managing the full lifecycle of projects, including council liaison, DA approvals, overseeing civil and building works, and coordinating contractors and consultants.

n

You will be managing multiple projects at any one time, depending on size and stage.

n

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and operating with a high level of autonomy. There will be occasional site travel required.

Requirements

n




- Proven track record working for a recognised Australian developer
n
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
n
- Experience as an individual responsible for land subdivision projects (greater than 100+ lots)
n
- Exposure to residential built form projects (e.g., townhouses or similar)
n
- Strong all‐round management capability to lead consultants and contractors
n
- Local government/council experience in South East Queensland
n
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
n
