About The Role Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.nn
- Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication
n
- Follow personalised support and health plans
n
- Provide companionship and emotional support
n
- Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs
n
- Report concerns and changes in condition promptly
n

About Younn
- Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related field
n
- Experience working in in-home care
n
- Solid communication and boundary setting
n
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
n
