Role Highlights

- Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers while providing an exceptional level of service
n
- Drive lead generation and prospecting activities to connect with potential clients via phone calls, door knocking and letter box dropping.
n
- Assist with open homes and deliver engaging, memorable private property showings
n
- Support exciting auction campaigns and get involved in all the action on Auction Day
n
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings to ensure smooth communication
n
- Manage and maintain client databases with accuracy and care
n
- Oversee key processes such as building inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement arrangements

What Do You Need?

n

- Valid QLD Sales Registration (or currently in the process of obtaining) and Driver's Licence
n
- Sales experience in the real estate industry is preferable but not essential. We're looking for the right attitude and drive!
n
- Availability on a Saturday is a must
n
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
n
- A strong multitasker with a proactive, can-do mindset
n
- A committed team player who's passionate about delivering outstanding results
