What you will be doing

- Choose assignments that align with your preferences and profile.

- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online experiences – engaging with sales associates or from the comfort of your home.
n
- Observe carefully – visit boutiques, assess ambience, experience automotive showrooms, purchase online, evaluate after‐sales services, and overall customer experience.

- Provide honest feedback using our platform and complete questionnaires.

Requirements

- Must be 25 years of age or older.

- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
n
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
n
- Enjoy interacting with people.
n
- Have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of shopping experiences.

- Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
n
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and to promptly complete online surveys.
