What will you bring?

You will bring a strong understanding of governance and an ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders. You will be comfortable dealing with sensitive or complex matters and able to make sense of information, identify what matters and provide clear advice.

We are looking for someone who:

- brings specialist knowledge and experience in governance, planning and performance related activities and frameworks preferably in a public sector workplace;
- builds constructive relationships and works well with different perspectives;
- communicates clearly and can adapt their approach to the audience;
- uses sound judgement and is comfortable providing frank and balanced advice;
- thinks ahead and considers the broader impact of decisions;
- takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments;
- can work calmly when priorities change or timeframes are tight;
- looks for practical ways to improve processes and outcomes; and
- brings a collaborative approach and supports others to succeed.
