We have clients looking for Qualified trades people with 5 yrs experience

What you'll be doing

n

Preparing surfaces for painting, including washing, scraping, sanding, and priming Applying paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces

n

Mixing and matching paint colours to client specifications

n

n
- Ensuring a clean and tidy work workplace throughout the project
n
- Offering advice and suggestions to clients on colour schemes and decorating options
n
- Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition
n
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
n
- Maintenance work around hotel
n

What we're looking for

n

n




- Proven experience as a professional Painter & Decorator, preferably in the residential and commercial sectors /Hotels
n
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
n
- An eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
n
- A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
n

Salary $73,150-$80,000
