The ATB Morton Group of Companies are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team!

Key Accountabilities

- Project Management
- Sub-Contractor Management
- Quality Control
- Prepare daily programming of the works in conjunction with the Site Supervisor
- Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
- Interact with Councils and other Regulatory Authorities
- Identify and manage project scope schedule cost variations
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, on budget and as per contractual agreements

Selection Criteria

- Solid previous experience in commercial/industrial Project Management




- Sound construction knowledge and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management and/or project management
- WHS Construction Induction
- Proven understanding of project management best practice, tools and techniques
- Have robust verbal and written communication skills required for internal and
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a team player attitude and a positive influence
- Have a valid driver’s licence

PLEASE NOTE:

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test, then participate in random on-site testing
