Responsibilities
n

- As with any multi-site portfolio, performance varies home to home, and part of this role is closing that gap.
n
- You'll be building consistent clinical policy and governance across the group, and lifting the capability of the clinical leaders in every home.
n
- You'll need to be comfortable engaging with the Board. The formal side, like board-level reporting conventions, isn't something you need to have already mastered. They'll guide you through that.

Qualifications
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Several years in senior clinical governance or similar role, ideally across multiple sites
n
- Experience writing and reviewing clinical policy
n
- Extensive experience in Residential Aged Care
n
- Full Working Rights in Australia
n
n
