We're looking for a hands on, guest focused Maintenance Officer to help keep Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore in perfect condition. If you love fixing things, take pride in presentation, and have a proactive approach to property upkeep - we want to hear from you.

About The Role
n
n
- Maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program across all areas of the property
n
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, guests, and Body Corporate
n
- Implement cost control measures and manage stock and contractor purchasing
n
- Supervise a small team and coordinate external contractors as needed
n
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is safe, presentable, and fully operational
n
- Support and uphold company systems, standards, and procedures
n
n
About You
n
n
- Positive, can do attitude with strong problem solving skills
n
- Confident with general repairs - lighting, plumbing,
painting, etc.
n
- Experience coordinating trades/contractors to get productive results
n
- Trade qualification or similar background highly regarded
n
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and WHS best practice desirable
n
- Hotel or resort maintenance experience preferred
n
- Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office programs
n
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
n
