The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional administration role.

You will become a key support partner to experienced Financial Advisers, helping coordinate the moving pieces behind successful client outcomes. From onboarding new clients and preparing review meetings to managing portfolio changes and implementation activities, you will play a central role in keeping everything running smoothly.

It is a varied position with plenty of responsibility, autonomy and exposure across the advice process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing review packs and meeting documentation.
- Coordinating recent client onboarding and account establishment.
- Managing applications, transfers, contributions,



withdrawals and portfolio changes.
- Preparing advice documentation and implementation paperwork.
- Liaising with investment platforms, product providers and key stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements.
- Assisting advisers with workflow management and day-to‑day support.

What You'll Bring

- Experience within financial planning, wealth management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of advice implementation and investment administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
