Job Description

An prospect exists for a technically strong Data & Analytics Consultant to join a data-driven organisation undergoing significant investment in modern analytics and data platforms.

This role will suit someone with solid hands-on capability across data pipelines, analytics, and automation, combined with the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to deliver practical, high-impact data solutions.

You will play a key role in designing and implementing modern data architectures, enabling advanced analytics use cases, and improving operational efficiency through automation and self-service analytics.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using modern cloud data platforms.
n
- Develop and maintain ETL / ELT workflows integrating data from multiple internal and external sources.
n
- Automate data workflows using Python and low-code automation tools to reduce manual effort.
n
- Build and optimise data models to support BI reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
n
- Provide Python-based analytics and statistical modelling support.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, pipeline, and data model issues.
n
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
n
- Create documentation,



best practices, and standards to support data literacy and self-service.
n
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in data analytics, data engineering, or analytics consulting roles.
n
- Advanced SQL skills and strong experience building data pipelines in cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric or similar).
n
- Strong Python capability (Pandas, automation, analytics).
n
- Experience with data modelling for analytics and reporting.
n
- Exposure to workflow automation tools and CI/CD practices.
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
n
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for enabling data-driven decision making.
