Your New Role
n
As the Team Assistant in our Technology team, you'll provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Technology & Data Officer (CT&DO;) and the broader Technology Leadership team.
n
This is not your traditional Executive Assistant role! You'll work with multiple senior stakeholders and be at the heart of our technology division's operations.
n
This role is a 12 month Parental Leave Cover. Candidates from both Sydney and Melbourne are considered. However, the preference is for candidates based in Sydney
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing complex diaries and travel arrangements for the CT&DO; and the IT leadership team
n
- Coordinating meetings, preparing board papers, and taking minutes
n
- Organising catering, events, and team functions
n
- Supporting the Technology Leadership team with ad hoc requests and project coordination
n
- Ensuring seamless communication and service to both internal and external stakeholders
n
n
How do you exceed our expectations?

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a medium to large organisaton
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously
n
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for delivering results
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle competing priorities
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
n
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
n
