We're partnering with a highly regarded boutique Melbourne law firm that has built a strong reputation through exceptional client service, long-standing relationships, and a genuinely supportive team culture.

With continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their close-knit team.

n

The Role

n

You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement, working with a loyal client base and supported by experienced legal professionals and administration staff.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement
n
- Preparing contracts, Section 32 Statements and transfer documentation
n
- Coordinating PEXA settlements
n
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and financial institutions
n
- Conducting title and property searches
n
- Managing critical dates and ensuring smooth progression of matters
n
- Providing exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n




- Previous experience as a Conveyancer within a law firm or conveyancing practice
n
- Robust knowledge of Victorian conveyancing procedures
n
- Experience managing matters independently from start to finish
n
- LEAP experience (essential)
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
n
- A proactive and positive approach to your work
n
